Fluxys c-grid

Fluxys c-grid was established in 2023 as a subsidiary of Fluxys Belgium, which holds a majority stake of 77.5%. Partners Pipelink and Socofe each hold a 10% stake, and SFPIM holds a 2.5% stake in Fluxys c-grid. 

Established to become the operator of the CO₂ transport infrastructure on Belgian territory and thus support industry in its efforts to transition to a low-carbon economy, Fluxys c-grid submitted its application to become the operator of the CO₂ transport network in both Wallonia and Flanders in February 2025.

CO₂ demand and supply levels in specific clusters need to be matched. Via mutual exchanges between different interested parties (suppliers and offtakers) several promising infrastructure proposals have been launched.
